CP3BA MEMBERSHIPS

Skills & Drills (K-2nd Grade)

Our youngest athletes learn introductory basketball fundamentals and body movement with exercises and activities from CP3BA’s curriculum. Athletes are split into small groups determined by skill level to work on a combination of skills that will challenge them to get better including ball handling, passing, shooting, defense and basketball IQ. These hour-long group training classes utilize the BTS Level Up  Curriculum to guide athletes through their personal basketball development.  After a dynamic group warm up, athletes are split into smaller groups determined by their Level to complete a variety of basketball drills that will help them develop a complete set of skills on the court in addition to the life skills we teach to help athletes prepare for their journey off the court.


Skills & Drills (3rd-8th)

Skills and Drills is the signature program here at CP3BA. The hour-long group training classes utilize the CP3BA curriculum to guide athletes through their personal basketball development. Athletes are split into smaller groups determined by skill level to work on a combination of skills that will challenge them to get better including ball handling, passing, shooting, defense and basketball IQ. Athletes will benefit from the use of RSPCT shot tracking and Kinexon performance tracking during their class, with data uploaded to their personal digital locker.


Elevate Training Program

The Elevate Training Program is for athletes who are looking to take their game to the next level. These classes host smaller numbers which allow for more personalized attention, higher reps, fast-paced, and are only taught by the most experienced Skill Developers. Each session will focus on athletes learning new concepts, breaking down the finer details of skill work and opportunities to be challenged by other athletes. The Elevate program is great for any athlete looking to make their school team, AAU team, or just improve overall skill. These sessions are designed to be intense.

 

Each training session integrates elements of strength and agility training and basketball IQ components. These hour-long group training classes are great for athletes looking to play competitively and are working hard to achieve their goals. After a group warm up athletes are split into smaller groups determined by skill & experience to complete drills that will challenge them to improve all aspects of their game. Athletes are required to pass an Elevate Skill Evaluation to be eligible for this program. This program is available to a limited number of athletes, please ask about current availability.
